You came through, and told me we were 60/40 that we would get the roof replaced through insurance and told me exactly what was wrong, and how the adjuster might look at it.

Turns out your advice was exactly accurate.  The guy came out and approved the roof replacement and said exactly the things you told us about the damage, including where and how bad it was.

Then, your crew took the old roof off and put the new one on in one day, exactly like you said you would!

We couldn't be happier about the service you gave us.  And personally, I am grateful that you told me exactly what was going to happen, when, and how to talk with the adjuster to get this done.

We cannot express how satisfied we are with our new roof.  We received 4 estimates and were so comfortable with how we were treated from this initial process.  Our estimate was received in a very timely manner (not like the others) and the details of the job were well-described.  We decided to hire your company but had a few questions.  Our questions were answered and we made the down payment.  We were given an approximate start date (obviously dependent on the weather) and this was met.  I pulled into our driveway after work this afternoon and was 1.  amazed that the roof was done and 2.  how beautiful of a job you did.  No mess (no shingle pieces lying in our flower beds - no nails).  Our house feels brand new.  Dawn...thank you so much for the color suggestion you gave us - beautiful!  We will highly recommend your company to everyone!  We look forward to having your company completing other exterior projects that we will definitely need in the future,  Great Job!
